In Taiwan, those who have suffered from sexual harassment are hidden in various corners of society. In March 1999, a female student bravely accused a professor of sexual harassment. In October 1999, a female general manager was harassed by a male supervisor. In January 2000, a female nurse exposed a doctor's misconduct of sexual harassment. On June 2000, a female worker filed a complaint after being peeped on in the restroom. Director Chen Junzhi leads the audience to examine the plight of women in the Taiwanese workplace, but what women face is not just the workplace, but also the high wall of patriarchy.
